You can easily manage your QuickPayPortal account. The site offers many options for booking appointments, paying bills, viewing your medical records, among others. You will learn how to manage your account in the following section.

Scheduling Appointment

There are many benefits to using the portal. The facility allows you to schedule an appointment online without having to go in person. Making an appointment on the portal involves the following steps:

  • Sign in to your account first. 
  • Go to the Messages tab and click the compose message option. In this area, you’ll see a drop-down menu.
  • On the dropdown menu, select the appointment and scheduling option.
  • After that, you simply choose a provider, a location, and a time that suits you.
  • Finish your message by composing the subject and pressing Send. Your appointment has been scheduled.


Asking Question To The Doctor

Here’s how to contact your health provider via the portal:

  • Begin by logging into your account.
  • Navigate to the Messages tab
  • On the third step, select Compose Message.
  • Then select the type of question (based on topic) from the drop-down menu.
  • Select your provider and the location of their office
  • Finally, type your subject and message, then click Send.

Managing Cards On The Portal

QuickPayPortal accepts both debit and credit cards. You can manage your saved cards on the portal by following these steps:

  • Navigate to the Billing tab first
  • Now, select Payment Methods from the drop-down menu. A section will appear where you can save a card, make it default, or delete it.
  • Finally, you can manage cards using the options; Add a Credit Card, Make Default, and Delete.
